First of all, I’m not an easy man to please however, Kaylee Charles did a wonderful job getting me into a truck I was happy with! The dealership fell just a little short on getting to the price I wanted Kaylee Charles did a wonderful job getting me into a truck I was happy with! The dealership fell just a little short on getting to the price I wanted to pay but I understand they can’t just give trucks away! They got to within a $1K on paying off my trade in. Kaylee worked hard and found a truck I was happy with but unfortunately it was at another location approximately 170 miles away. I accepted the fact the truck had approximately 30 miles on it and by the time it got to me it would have about 200 miles on it. I was pretty disappointed when I got in and saw that it had 546 miles on the odometer!! They did provide me with a full tank (36 gallon) of gas though! Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and experience. I wish I would have gone to this dealership 15 months ago instead of buying a used truck from a different dealership.
