I had been leasing for many years at a large mega ford dealership who just didn't seem to care that my lease was running out. I am so glad I took a few minutes to see what a really good dealership could do again. Customers should not be swayed by the "we have the largest selection" hype. No one wants to trade with them. Go to a smaller dealership and get service -not fancy free coffee and a shinny showroom. More
