I am a long time customers of Dean Sellers Ford - dating back to when they were located in Detroit, MI on Grand River/Lindsay. I continue to have my car serviced at this dealer because their service is exc back to when they were located in Detroit, MI on Grand River/Lindsay. Although another Service Advisor's name is listed on my "Works Report" for this visit, that SHOULD BE CORRECTED as the Service Advisor who waited on me during this visit was Monty Velez and he was outstanding. Monty Velez exhibited outstanding customer service skills. He was professional, friendly and took time out to listen and answer any and all questions I had. He also assisted me with entrance into the waiting area as I have mobility issues and use a rollator. More
The morning of I called the service department, spoke to Joseph to see what the wait time was for an oil change, was told "not busy" come on in.
