Easy, no pressure, helpful I was looking to buy my first car without any idea of what I wanted. I told Jamel which features were important to me and he surprised me with a Kona I was looking to buy my first car without any idea of what I wanted. Jamel was very knowledgeable and helpful with my first “car buying” experience. I never felt pressured. After driving the Kona Limited, I decided I wanted a white Kona Ultimate. Jamel was able to have this car shipped from 250 miles away to the dealership for me. He made the process seamless and easy for me.
