Later in the day, Michele W contacted me to let me know Black Beauty needed a new engine. I was soo devastated but Michele calmed my fears. She explained the process of requesting a new engine since the car was under warranty and arranged a rental vehicle from Enterprise. The process was surprisingly seamless. While waiting for my engine, Michele kept me apprised as each step was completed. I was thankful to know how my baby was doing and appreciated Michele for being so considerate. About 20+ days later Black Beauty was ready to go with her brand new engine. I ended up taking one of the recommended vehicles for a test drive, loved it! When it came down to the numbers all that matters is that you feel you got a fair deal, Dean Team was reasonable and respectful and I believe we came to a number fairly quickly that was fair all around in the current market! First time car buyer or experienced car buyer, come in with a slight sense of direction and let Justin be your guide you wont be dissapointed! I did not utilize the in house Financing options, but signing finalizing paperwork with Adam he quickly displayed his professionalism and experience in his profession.
