Made my day! My car decided that it was done this weekend. So I went quickly looking for a car. I found one that I thought I liked. When I told my son about it, My car decided that it was done this weekend. So I went quickly looking for a car. I found one that I thought I liked. When I told my son about it, he said I had to go see Justin Robinson at the Hyundai Dealer on Manchester. He had previously bought a car there. He said you won't regret it. You can still get the other one just look there first. That was the best thing I ever did for my self. I had an idea of the car I wanted but didn't think it was in my budget. Justin was very patient with me. I was there most of Friday night and first thing Saturday morning. And as many of my family and friends know, I am not an easy person to please. Because of his patients and his Co- workers Scott Varnum and Tom Fascett help, I left that lot with the car of my dreams. I couldn't of got a better car if I built it my self. I knew I liked Justin from the first time I met him, but my respect for him as a person and salesman skyrocketed today! Thanks Guys! More
Straight up, honest, no BS Scott, helped up through our financing, eventhough we had outside terms already available, Scott was able to come in at a slightly lower rate for a lo Scott, helped up through our financing, eventhough we had outside terms already available, Scott was able to come in at a slightly lower rate for a longer term without upsetting our target payment amount we wanted. He was honest, suggested some options, provided his opinion on what was not necessary and didn't try to pull any BS. Someone unfamiliar with how all this works could certainly be intimidated, but Scott explained everything when asked or questioned a second time and ensured we didn't leave without everything answered. Great job. More

Greg was great to work with - showing cars and features! Problem came in with the finance manager Scott, once I told him in a very polite way that I was not interested in a warranty he became extremely belli Problem came in with the finance manager Scott, once I told him in a very polite way that I was not interested in a warranty he became extremely belligerent, ignorant, argumentative and down right rude to me. He said "so you're a gambler, you go to the boats all the time", no I do not, "so you're not a gambler", no I take a calculated risk assessment to determine whether it would warrant me buying an extended car warranty. He apparently didn't like this answer too much, and was even more rude than when we started. I know the game, I know they make money off these warranties, but this is my finances and my financial health, not yours, I do not have a credit score of 843 because I have made bad financial decisions, so respect that and move on and respect that customers decision! More

Great car buying experience! I haven't had to shop for a car in over 10 years, so heading out to see what was available was basically an experience I was not looking forward to. I haven't had to shop for a car in over 10 years, so heading out to see what was available was basically an experience I was not looking forward to. Turned into Dean Team Hyundai on a whim, not having looked at the Hyundai vehicles - and was greeted by Reed Raleigh. Reed listened to what I was looking for, flagged down another co-worker passing by in a Genesis, and literally 2 hours later I was leaving with a new car. Low pressure, very patient, explained all the options, etc. I honestly can't tell you how relieved I was to have made that turn into the Dean Team and to leave with a car I absolutely love. I'd recommend working with Reed to anybody out there looking for a new vehicle! More
