I cannot begin to describe Matts' Service. its beyond the highest rating on this website. I feel like he could win the noble price of sales rep/ridiculous amazing customer service if there ever was such the highest rating on this website. We came down from our car and Matt seemed very interested to help us unlike the other guy he was with, he did not feel like helping us at all. But Matt stepped forward and took charge of things. He made the office very welcoming and friendly. He made sure he found every possible way to help us in getting a car. Our intent was to just go in and get an idea on how much a car cost and we ended up getting a car at a remarkable good rate. Not only was Matt able to help us with finances but he also explained how going with the plan he proposed will help me in the long run as a newly graduated college student. patience was a good virtue that was displayed and i think that's what all sales rep need. From the time we walked in to when we left, he carried us all the way. i felt like i had him at the back seat of my car telling me what every little feature in the car does. you walk out of that parking lot knowing you have hit the jackpot with Matt. I live in southern Illinois and had previously bought two other Hyundai's from dealerships in Illinois. I had called Anthony on Friday and then drove to the west side of St. Louis on Sat. December 1st and bo other Hyundai's from dealerships in Illinois. I had called Anthony on Friday and then drove to the west side of St. Louis on Sat. December 1st and bought a 2013 Genesis Coupe from him. Anthony was everything you would want in a salesman, he was polite, not pushy, and very customer focused. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The extra miles that I drove to buy this car (I drove right by a Hyundai dealership in Illinois on my way) was well worth it and I will be calling Anthony when I decide to buy another vehicle. He knew that I didn't want to talk about payments, but instead wanted to know what the dealership had to have for their car and what they were willing to give me for mine. I do not like it when the first words out of a salesman's mouth is "what do you need your payment's to be". Anthony was the complete opposite of this kind of salesman, he understood that my time was important and that I had drove quite a ways to get there. He met us outside the dealership as soon as my wife and I pulled up and that set the tone for the whole visit. For those people looking to buy a Hyundai and don't like pushy salesman, I recommend that they call this dealership and ask for Anthony. More

My lease was up and I had to decide whether to lease another car or whether I should buy. I'm a busy executive so did not have time to come to the dealership and waste time shopping. Since my prior 2 cars were Hyundai's from The Dean Team, I knew what car I wanted. I asked Anthony to find the car I was currently looking for and to let me know, via email, when he had it. We did our entire negotiation via email, which saved me a lot of time and helped me make the decision as to leasing or buying. I got the car I wanted, at a very good price, with the whole negotiayion handled in a very professional manner. I praised Anthony for listening to my request to communicate electronically. If he would have called me and tried to push me or "sell" me, he would have lost my business. He did a great job of understanding his customer...me! More

Andy Miller went ABOVE and BEYOND in Customer Service. He was recommended by a co-worker, and was just wonderful throughout the entire process. My Mom wanted to purchase a vehicle for my daughter and due to was recommended by a co-worker, and was just wonderful throughout the entire process. My Mom wanted to purchase a vehicle for my daughter and due to her health, it's really hard for my Mom to get out of the house, let alone to do a huge venture like purchasing a car. From the moment we walked in, Andy assisted us to a table where we discussed the car my Mom was interested in purchasing. From there, he got the car for us to test-drive, then was wonderful during the entire purchasing process. He was so patient with explaining everything and we left with no questions. He also emphasized that if my daughter had any questions, she was welcome to come see him and he would go over anything with her. I would, without a doubt, HIGHLY recommend the Dean Team, and Andy Miller, to anyone who was interested in purchasing a car. More
With this being the first time I was nervous about the whole process. The sales representative was very helpful, he answered all of my questions and gave time for me to discuss with my parents. I was pleased with the offers made, and there was never any pressure to buy. Customer service was top of the line, drinks were offered, facility was nice and clean, and I was even allowed to print my pay check stubs from the dealership. Walked in off the street to look for a 2012 Hyundai Sonata (New). They had a few to choose from but none were of the GLS models. Jeff Nowak mentioned the had some good deals on the 2013 Sonata GLS as Sonata (New). They had a few to choose from but none were of the GLS models. I stated that I was interested and he gave me several colors to look at and I told him the price I was willing to pay for a NEW car all in. He went to his sales manager and came back at a price that was $298 over what I was asking. After discussing more and asking to stay firm they came back that they could not come in lower as it was the best they could do. I went with the car at the price as it was only $798 more than I tried to buy a NEW 2012 Hyundai (w/ 7,600) Sonata GLS from a competiter who said...."We can't loose money on the car" when their price was $1,700 more than Dean Team's Huyndai price on a 2013 NEW Sonata. I appreciate them being up front and responding to my offer instead of leading me on like their competitor tried to do. They are awesome and will probably drive up to STL to buy from them again one day. Well worth a 2 Hour drive to get a Great car at an AWESOME PRICE. More
