This place and these people are awesome. They are the most helpful, thorough, and consiencious staff we have ever visited. They are not pushy at all but are very thorough and cover the details so you understand everything about the vehicle and about the financial responsibility. Their prices are extremely good. The vehicles (Santa Fe in our case) ride well, have plenty of power (4 or 6 cylinder - we thought we needed a 6 but liked the 4 cylinder like our relatives Santa Fe) look great, and have great features and performance. We live in North St. Charles but plan to go back for service because at this dealership you get every 4th oil change free and you can get a free car wash too. Also, at this dealership only, if your vehicle needs repair, you can get a loaner vehicle at no charge. And the warranty that comes with the vehicle is better than other makes of vehicles. We are in our early 60's so have worked with many dealers through the years and have lots of experience. This was a very enjoyable experience and we would recommend everyone to go to the Dean Team and see if you aren't more than satisfied. More
