My only complaint would be the fact that the offer on the trade-in was decreased almost by 50% due to the fact that there was an incident with the car that was not known to us and it was fixed back to new condition and they still wanted to deduct at least 50% off the trade-in. Bobby was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all of the features in the car. We were in and out in about 3.5 hours with A portion of that was waiting on finance to get the approval.
