John (sales associate) and Dustin (finance) were great throughout the entire process - from walking through the doors, to the test drive, working out the payments, and picking up the new vehicle - very knowledgeable of the vehicles, financing, etc. John and Dustin were very attentive and committed to ensuring I understood everything and was happy with the new vehicle - even following up by phone several times to check in with me and see how I liked the vehicle and if I needed anything. I would definitely highly recommend this dealership to anyone I know who is looking for a great place to buy a car and experience awesome customer service from start to finish! More

John worked with us for over three hou We ordered a 2015 Subaru Forester 2.5i Touring the last weekend in April with John Ostlund being our salesman. John worked with us for over three hours going over the vehicle and our offer was accepted. It took six weeks for the car to be delivered and John kept us updated along the way. Once it arrived, we made an appointment and took about two hours to get everything done. John walked us through our features and set up both phones for use. John even went a step further and sent us some goodies after the purchase. After purchasing five vehicles in the past 17 years, all Hondas, this was by far the only time we actually enjoyed the purchasing experience. We've had no regrets. When it comes time to buy another one in about four years, we'll definitely be back to add to our Subaru family. Thanks again, John. More

I first met Tony about one year ago when I was looking for This has been, by far, the best sales experience I have had, due very much to Tony Wright. I first met Tony about one year ago when I was looking for a used car for my oldest child. I decided to go in another direction for that purchase so we did not finalize a deal. Fast forward to about three months ago, I called Tony because I decided to buy a new Subaru Impreza. Tony remembered me, and asked me to come in for a test drive. I had already driven the Impreza, so didn't do another test drive, but told Tony that I wanted a manual transmission car - rare for this part of the U.S. We talked about sales price and I was very pleasantly surprised by his straightforwardness and very reasonable price. There was no haggling or other nonsense. I had previously done research on Edmunds, Cars.com, KBB, etc. and had a range set for an acceptable price for the configuration I wanted. To my very pleasant surprise (yes, I said it again!) he quoted me a price towards the low end of the range I calculated. Since we had to order the car, I put down the requested deposit and we entered the order. It took about three months for the car to arrive from Japan. During that time, I received regular updates on the delivery status of the car. We took delivery of my new car this morning. It took about two hours to complete the delivery process. We took care of the financing, and Tony went over nearly everything in the car, from showing the basic controls (setting side windows, seats, heat, a/c, seat heaters, radio, etc.) to pairing a smartphone, showing us where the spare tire was, and how the engine was laid out. Lastly, for what it's worth, I plan on going back to Tony in three years to buy another Impreza for my other child. More

Richard Gotsch ,Sales, greeted me courteously and friendly and showed me the specific cars I was interested in without showing me other or more expensive cars. The Sales Manager, Scott Roberts added some very helpful comments concerning the car and the purchasing process. As soon as I decided on a specific car I was given a price and where upon I made a counter offer based on other prices. We also agreed quickly on the price for my trade-in and the deal was sealed with a handshake. The overall experience was very pleasant without any pressure and most professional. I hope that my future dealings with the Dean Team's Service department will be equally pleasant and professional so that I will remain a satisfied customer. Gert More
