Great Experience Purchasing my First Car! I recently entered the workforce after graduating college and finally saved up enough money to buy my own car! Richard was not only extremely informational and honest, he was also just a really nice guy and easy to work with (especially since I was SO difficult to work with!) He got it to a price I could handle and even went above and beyond to work some minor paint (rock chips on the hood and door ding) work into the deal. After bragging about my new car purchase I learned that two of my co-workers have also purchased their cars from this dealership, and although they weren't purchased from Richard, they also had great experiences! He did a good job of being informative and helpful without being pushy. I never felt any pressure at all the entire time we were at this dealership. I did all the preliminary discussion through email, which was very convienient, and there were no surprises when I came in for a test drive. I mentioned that I might add a hitch later and Jason suggested I consider an OE hitch installed by the dealership as it made a better looking installation than some of the aftermarket hitches. I decided to take his advice, and after seeing the quality job the service department did, I am glad I did. All in all, it was one of the easiest car purchases I have ever made. More

We love our 2012 VW Passat SEL and decided that our next car would most likely be a Volkswagen. Immediately upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by Jimmy, who would spend the next several hours helping us find the right car for our needs and our budget. Above all, Jimmy was very concerned with helping us find the right car/trim that worked the best for us. We were pleased with Jimmy's low-pressure approach, and impressed with his knowledge of the structural highlights of the VW Jetta. In the end, we chose a dark grey 2015 VW Jetta S/Tech, and are very pleased with how the Dean Team worked with us to keep the cost near our budget. Jason Moore was extremely helpful, non-pushy and he managed to make the overall process easy and enjoyable. Jason worked with his manager, Matt, to help me get a really affordable good price. Mark McNulty took a lot of time to show me every little detail and feature of the car. His depth of Subaru product knowledge is very impressive and he clearly knows and believes in the Subaru. Dustin was both very helpful and informative in terms of getting me set up with financing. The total experience was outstanding and I am very happy with my new Subaru Forester EX!. Brian gave me the best car buying experience ever! No hassles, no tricks or gimmicks - just straight forward good service. He even offered to deliver the car to me but I chose to drive across the state to pick it up. He took his time to make sure I understood how everything worked before we headed home! He told me that he really has more leverage (to get a better price) if I come see him rather that be over the phone and that is I came to see him I would not be disappointed. He was not wrong! They even had to order the car from another dealership. Was by far the best price we could get. When we took delivery of the car he went over everything about the car with us which was nice, we left the dealership knowing how everything worked. It was a much better car buying experience than I have ever had in the past. If you are looking for a Subaru it is well worth your time calling him. More
