I was very impressed by his attention to detail from the design of the suspension to how the Continuously Variable Transmission functions on a drive. I did not purchase my Subaru Impreza from this dealership, but he was still very helpful and eager to show me how t Tony Wright was extremely helpful! I did not purchase my Subaru Impreza from this dealership, but he was still very helpful and eager to show me how to connect my cell phone to the car, add phone numbers, etc. He also asked if I knew how to use other features of the car. The Sales Consultant who sold the car to me in a different state told me to read the booklet or go online to learn about the car. Tony clearly and politely explained several features I did not know about, he told me about process of servicing the car, how to get the best mileage, and said he would always be available to assist me and gave me his card. I wasn't impressed by Subaru sales people or the features of my car until Tony gave me very helpful information. I appreciate his customer service skills and I recommend asking for him if you are interested in a Subaru! Thank you, Tony! More

When he saw I was getting hot and tired he took us back into the air conditioning and got me something cold to drink. Once we had picked out a car he helped us make a fair market offer.
