5 star experience I came to the dealership not completely sure what to expect since I've had bad experiences in the past with other dealerships. Jason greeted us righ I came to the dealership not completely sure what to expect since I've had bad experiences in the past with other dealerships. Jason greeted us right away and asked what he could help us with. I explained to him that my current vehicle was unreliable and potentially on the verge of breaking down. I won't go into complete detail, but let's just say he helped me more than I had expected. I walked away with a brand new 2014 VW Passat and I am extremely happy! I would definitely recommend Jason to anyone! He's knowledgeable and pay attention to the details you'd like in a car. Thank you so much Jason! You're the bomb dot com! Everything was explained in great detail and I always knew exactly what my options were. I went in having a pretty clear idea of what I was going to purchase but Mark did a great job making sure I knew the in's and out's of my new Forester. He was also great when it came time to get down to business and complete all the paperwork. I'm very happy with the overall experience that I received in house and in the days after my purchase. We had appointment to look at a 2013 Subaru Outback after I totaled my Subaru Baja(my baby) in th Scot was just awesome. No pressure and very helpful. We had appointment to look at a 2013 Subaru Outback after I totaled my Subaru Baja(my baby) in the Salt Flats last week. We then test drove both it and 2013 Crosstrek before deciding to buy the Outback. Scot was very knowledgeable about both vehicles and didn't try to sway us either way. In the end he worked to get us the best price on the car we wanted and we left feeling very excited about our purchase. It is refreshing to deal with someone who is polite and positive. I would highly recommend both Scot and the Dean Team to anyone looking for a new or used car. I am usually a harsh critic and cannot remember the last 5 star rating I have given to any business, but this was a no brainer. Thanks again for everything Scot. More
