Great Car Buying Experience from Start to Finish We live in Illinois and could not find a 2015 Subaru Outback with a 3.6 engine in- state so we went to the internet to shop. We did not want to special order a car and then have to wait several weeks for delivery. We found the car at the Dean Team Subaru Dealership in Ballwin, MO, but were a little apprehensive to buy out of state. After doing a little research we decided to contact the dealership about the car and were very fortunate to talk to Mark McNulty. Mark McNulty and all of the staff that we worked with were very cordial. No high pressure sales pitch and a fair trade-in for our car made this the best car buying experience ever. Mark McNulty knows his product. He knows the features on the Outback and how they work, but most of all he is a very caring person who works hard to provide that high-quality customer service that is hard to find today. More
