He has never pressured me or tried to talk me into buying something that I didn't want. As a matter of fact, I had an opportunity to buy at a competitors & receive family pricing.........but came back to Ballwin Dean Team. Paul found what I wanted & didn't try to push current inventory on me. He & his sales manager, Scott Roberts, jumped through many hoops to make this happen. I love my car!!! More importantly, I love the people & the atmosphere of this dealership & service department. Great Experience After realizing that my wife and I needed a reliable, newer car to get us around in the winter time, I knew that Subaru is the way to go. I called Dean Team Subaru, and talked to Steve Strauser. He was very knowledgeable, and did not put any pressure on me. After being promptly greeted at the door, and assisted to Steve's direction, I got a feeling that this dealership makes relationships, not numbers. I met Steve, and he walked me through the buying process.There was not one time that I felt pushed, nor cheated. During the process, (and afterwards), Steve was very courteous to answer my many questions, and understood what I wanted and how to achieve it. Rick in the Finance department was great as well. He was very open, and informative, while giving solid advise based on our needs. I will continue to go to Dean Team Subaru for all my Subaru's needs, and am very appreciative of Steve, Rick, and the dealership. More

Huge help! I originally went into the dealership, looking for a used subaru. After helping me find one that I liked, and going for a test drive, Scot did everyth I originally went into the dealership, looking for a used subaru. After helping me find one that I liked, and going for a test drive, Scot did everything he could to try to help me get financed for the car. When that didn't pan out, he spent the rest of the day working with VW to find me a new 2014 Jetta, and helped get me a beautiful deal. I was worried, as this was my first time working with a dealer, but thanks to the last couple days of working with Scot, I couldn't be happier with the results! Would definitely send anyone in the market for a new car to this dealership. More

He started discussing leather seats and other limited options, but once he learned that we were interested in taking the SUV out to the trails and off the pavement, he switched his focus to highlighting options that were a better match for us (albeit less expensive). Tony really knew his stuff and we found his knowledge very helpful. We love our first Subaru so far, and we'll be sure to recommend him and the Dean Team to anyone who is interested! More

I was very exhausted that day from going to different dealerships all day and I went to Dean Team to look around for options. Jim greeted us and told a lot about each cars we were interested in. He did all the comparings on the pricings and options for us. His enthusiasm and jokes made my tiring day lifting and the staffs that I have met that day made me very comfortable, unlike other dealerships I have visited that day. The staffs stayed after hours to get us the best finance options and the staffs left at 10 when they close at 9. AWESOME experience and I would definately go back to see them. More
