Did the right thing! My wife and I purchased a used 2010 from Dean's Volkswagen. Four weeks later the car developed an unusual defect with the drivers door. Phillip Dean c My wife and I purchased a used 2010 from Dean's Volkswagen. Four weeks later the car developed an unusual defect with the drivers door. Phillip Dean called Volkswagen Inc. about the defect and Volkswagen agreed to cover the problem 100% which required the door be replaced and painted. Expected repair time was 3 weeks and Phillip loaned us a car to use during the repair. Volkswagen Inc. had trouble getting the parts and 3 weeks was going to 6 weeks or longer. This really was a special case and I do not think every case would be done the same but Phillip allowed us to trade the car at no loss for another car. We still chose a Volkswagen but a newer model and paid the difference. Phillip did this because it was the right thing to do in this special case. More

Terrific Car Buying Experience! I first met with Tony Wright in Spring of 2014 when I was considering purchasing a Subaru. I decided to delay my purchase, but Tony kept in contact w I first met with Tony Wright in Spring of 2014 when I was considering purchasing a Subaru. I decided to delay my purchase, but Tony kept in contact with me throughout the next year. He was never pushy or bothersome but did a very good job of making sure his dealership remained on my radar screen so when I was ready I would purchase my car from them. His strategy paid off! When I pulled up in front of the building and got out of the car, Tony came out and greeted me by name. I couldn't believe he could remember me from almost 1 1/2 years earlier! He said he never forgets a face or a car. Tony knew from his previous dealings with me that I didn't care to waste time. We very quickly agreed on a price for the new car and my trade-in. Although they didn't have the car I wanted on the lot, Tony said it was no problem and that he would track one down from another dealer. In a week I was notified that my car was on the way and went to pick it up the following week. Tony is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and considerate of your time and money. He made it a very pleasant car buying experience and I would definitely recommend him to others. And did I mention that I LOVE the new car? Thanks for your assistance! More

He was very patient with me while thinking about the whole process I never once felt pressured or misled the whole time making my decision. He is very professional and has great communication skills. I have been to dealerships where the communication between the salesman and myself was not good and I never once felt like this with Scott. I will definitely go back to Dean Team Ballwin to purchase another vehicle when I am ready, and dealing with Scott made me feel this way. I looked around the lot for a little bit to see if anything caught my eye and when I saw it I was helped very friendly. After taking it out on a test drive and sleeping on it that night I went back the next day and bought it.
