We were able to come to an agreement about the price fairly painlessly. It took longer than I expected to complete all of the paperwork, but everyone was helpful and friendly. We found some that appeared to be 'the one' only to later learn that the vehicle description was less than honest, or the pricing was very greedy, or the dealership was downright unfriendly or incorporated high-pressure sales tactics. Then luckily we found the Dean Team who were advertising exactly what we had been looking for. After a few emails with our salesman Wes Gallegos, we felt confident enough to make the seven-hour trip to see him and the car. True to his word, the vehicle was as stated with no surprises. They assessed my trade-in and returned with a reasonable offer which made the entire buying experience a pleasure. We will tell anyone who will listen that the Dean Team is the place to go to get true customer service, a friendly staff, great vehicles, and a great price. More

Presto. Price accepted. Car found. A reasonable trade-in price for my Nissan. Transaction completed in 5 days, despite my living 150 miles away. No BS and no "good cop/bad cop" scenario from these guys. They're professionals and know the competitive environment of selling cars w the abundant Online access of info to buyers.
