After his first conversation with Tony Wright over the phone, my husband looked at me and said, "I trust this guy. I am going to buy a car from him." Despite other dealerships obtaining the specific make/model of Subaru earlier than Dean Team, we would not purchase from anyone other than Tony. When I finally met with Tony, I understood why my husband would only purchase a car from him. Tony exceeded my every expectation in being trustworthy, clear, and friendly. He didn't just want to sell us a car, he wanted to sell us a car that would best fit our needs. Dean Team's best decision was first, selling Subaru vehicles, and second, hiring Tony Wright. I was blown away by John's ability to make selecting the right model so simple and logical. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything I couldn't afford or didn't need. I bought all of the car I wanted and still walked away within my budget. Took a test drive in a car that was a step up from the "base" which I had hoped to purchase, but after driving it it was clear that this was the level I wanted. I gave him my information, regarding what I "expected" to accomplish - which was to stay close to the amount I owed on my current vehicle. He worked through the "numbers" with me - and reached a number I could live with. The finance person was a pleasure to work with. John showed me some of the features for the new car and showed me how to connect my phone. Great people! Would recommend them to anyone. More

After having dealt with private sellers and several other major dealerships in the Missouri area in search for a new family car, we were fortunate to have found Jim Happe @ Dean Subaru / Volkswagen online. major dealerships in the Missouri area in search for a new family car, we were fortunate to have found Jim Happe @ Dean Subaru / Volkswagen online. Jim Happe was more than accommodating for over 3 months in being patient and searching for the right Outback for our family size, including the specific price. There was absolutely no pressure and we were treated with a great deal of respect even though we weren't buying new and had a specific price range that we could not exceed. We were given an exceptional car for more than a fair price. In dealing with the finance department, they found us a very low interest / finance group locally and expedited the paperwork rather quickly. Not to mention the rockin' 5 Year 100,000 mile warranty that includes us being able to take our Outback to any Subaru dealer in the US to be serviced. THAT was a bonus! Furthermore, the icing on the cake was the young gentleman that runs the detail shop. He was exceptional in making sure the detail work for our 'used' vehicle was presented to us in 'like new' fashion when we requested a couple of things be tended to concerning the upholstery. It was the end of the evening around closing time on Saturday and he did this for us with a smile and didn't act put out at all even though it was minutes from closing. He even went above and beyond the call of his job description by affording us a couple of free cans of his 'special' upholstery cleaning products that the dealership uses on their vehicles. Trust me when I say, nothing on the market compares when you are buying a new or used vehicle. Dean Subaru does good business . It's just that simple. More
