We've bought two cars from them. First car was problem free, except that the passenger door wouldnt open, but they fixed it. i Bought the extended warranty for $2500 which they never honored, it seems like the company went out of business, i only had to use it once for a $90 fee that BMW wanted to charge, of course the company was no where to be found. Like they never existed. Then someone hits my rear bumper at a parking lot, so i take the car in for repairs, come to find out the body guy told me this car has been hit in the front right fender, Paint didnt even match 100% on the fender! right side doors and trunk. When he tried to repair some small dents that were in the rear trunk door, he showed me the inside of the trunk, which looked like they tried to bang out the dents with a hammer! it was all scratched and banged up on the other side. The second car has problems every so often, after a couple months the air suspenson kept dropping randomly. Dealer couldn't find any problems had to replace the air suspension with the non air suspension system ($1000) MOST OF THEIR CARS HAVE BODY DAMAGE! OR EVEN MECHANICAL DAMAGE! THEY TRY TO FIX IT DOING A MICKEY MOUSE JOB. You'll see the same car on the lot for several months...i wonder why?! They don't negociate prices, sticker price is firm.

Absolutely dishonest. Borderline criminal. First they sold me a car that had already been sold. I wrote a check and signed the title, but they had already accepted a 1000 dollar check the day before as a deposit and failed to mention that.
They came out and told me that they really only advertise cars on the web that have already been sold, so that they can advertise unreasonably low prices to bring in business.
Then they talked me into another car which was more expensive and gave me a great deal on it or so I thought. The title on the vehicle had errors on it which were a giant hassle to deal with. I purchased a 'PrimusCare Warranty' for $2K. I'm pretty convinced they never turned in the PrimusCare paperwork but kept my money. On top of everything, the car I bought failed inspection and needed 2 new tires ($500).

I was buying an Audi and when I went to go pick it up, the terms of the contract for repairs being done before i picked it up were not completed. The radio was suppossed to be working and it wasn't. This was the 3rd story on why it wasn't done. Also the car had been damaged on the back corner, and when I confronted them on that they began to lie and say that it had always been there. Even though i had inspected the car the night before and it wasn't and the pictures on THEIR website show no damage on the car. I told them i no longer wanted the vehicle and wanted my money back. Still waiting on my money and they still have the car.

I bought this car at Dedham Automall in Dedham Ma. It was the worst
purchasing experience I have ever had. The associates at Dedham Automall continuously lied and mislead me throughout the entire process. We were inconvenienced many times because we would drive from Boston to test drive a vehicle only to find out when we got there that the car was at another lot, etc. Once I had purchased the car, our experience went from bad to horrendous. They told us the car would be ready on Tuesday, at 5pm when we were enroute we were told the car wasn't ready because the
car wasn't fixed (there was a problem with the door) This problem was
supposed to have been fixed on Monday. After we voiced our concern about
this they were extremely rude and did nothing to help us. We were forced
to change vacation plans because we couldn't pick the car up when they said it would be ready. Upon picking up the car, the door still was not fixed. We tried to use AMEX to pay for the vehicle, even though they
told us they would take it on Saturday when we put the deposit down,
after everything that went wrong with the pick up, they refused to take
the cad and told us a lie that the credit card machine was broken,
although they could take another credit card (all cards are run through
the same machine) they did this just to inconvenience us. I would NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone, in fact, I am reporting this company to the state Attorney Generals Office, multiple Auto Dealer associations, The Dedham Chamber of Commerce and I'm reporting our experience to the local media
