Did not appreciate the extra cost with diagnostic and added I felt as if the individuals working in the service center were very “green”. I know this is a new location however I would expect certified individu I felt as if the individuals working in the service center were very “green”. I know this is a new location however I would expect certified individuals answering phones and points of contact for service. I felt as if I had to walk them through step by step. Hopefully time will help improve overall knowledge of the service department and front office staff. I do have to call out that Tom (sales) was amazing to talk to and he truly represents a top performing associate. More
Horrible service and does what they want I took my Jeep in to have a 110v plug repaired that broke. They charged me $130 to diagnose “how broken the plug was”. I handed them the parts it couldn’t get anymore broken. Since I had the Jeep in I figured I would have some other warranty work done and have my radio replaced. After having my Jeep for a month waiting on the radio I get a call telling me my battery is now dead and that is another $300 repair. Upon picking up my Jeep I was presented with a bill for over $1000. Upon reviewing I discovered they did recall work that I declined to have done - mind you they had it in the bill, a sticker under my hood and documentation in the passenger seat upon me having a melt down they came back and said sorry we didn’t do the recall our mistake. This still did not explain why my bill was almost $400 more than I expected. Upon further review it was discovered they charged me for my battery replacement twice. After I left the dealership upset and headed to my next appointment I decided to check how the replacement plug looked - they didn’t fix it!! Said I declined to have the work done. Now why would I decline to have it fixed when that is what I took my Jeep in for in the first place... further if I declined the work I would not have left my Jeep for a month I would have picked it up right away and waited for the radio to arrive. After a second melt down the service manager fixed it for “no charge” however I paid $130 to have them confirm the plug was in fact broken after handing them the broken parts!! I will never step foot on this dealers lot. They are liars, do not communicate and seem to do whatever repairs they feel are necessary. More

Watch out! Tj was great. Very knowledgable on all the cars i asked about. Unfortunatly they offered me a deal which i took off work early for and drove from ames Tj was great. Sales manager opted to only apologize instead of stayin true to his word. So make sure you check your actually getting the quoted price. They even have it in writing the offer and still wont honor it. Update. So its 2 days later they see this review. Have their sales rep call saying they can get to the quoted price. Tell them okay im still willing to deal. They send me 2 copies of the financial breakdown to show price quoted. I say okay i can even get a cosign. Get my cosign ready to fill out apps and find out they still arent living up to writin agreement. Now it oh thats with 1500 down now 3 offers no where does it say 1500 down. Still trying to swindle the money out of me for his mistake. Now here is were it gets good. Their sales manager hides behind his sale rep and has him ask me to take this review down. What!?! You give a deal back out 3 times and have to have your sale rep try and cover your back. Again tj should get 5 of 5 stars. Shoot id make him the sales manager. Tj you even become sales manager go to different dealership or get a new sales manager. I would for sure buy from you. Everyone be careful of this place. Especially my military bros and sister out there. Stay frosty. More

Derek was open and honest and my children are still asking when we can go back and see Derek. He knew about the cars and if he didn’t-he found us an answer immediately. I came back to Deery at least 2 times after my purchase with questions and Derek was right there waiting to answer. Best customer service we’ve ever gotten from any company-car lot or not. Thank you Derek! We will forever tell everyone to come to you and Deery! More
