Poor communication Didn't ask if I wanted a full synthetic oil change, just did it (nice upsell). Invoice said they did a 27 point inspection. When I asked for the report, they admitted they didn't do it. Last oil change included a car wash, this time not. Overall poor communication and lack of attention to details. A new facility won't fix these things. More
