We found a great used car and the experience up until sale was fantastic. The car was delivered with one key, no mention of only one key in the paperwork anywhere. The car also came without a full tank of gas and no windshield washer fluid, in the middle of a PA winter with salt on the roads, so dangerous. I really loved John our salesman but the dealership as a whole does not seem to value the customer experience. More

If you want to have to go to the DMV 3 times to get temporary Tags this is the dealer you want to buy at…. I leased a 2021 Chevy Silverado back in August 27th and today 1/25/22 had to go for the 3rd ti temporary Tags this is the dealer you want to buy at…. I leased a 2021 Chevy Silverado back in August 27th and today 1/25/22 had to go for the 3rd time to DMV to request a third temporary tag =o such a waste of time… Several times I spoked to the title & tags dept and they kept blaming the DMV for the delay til today I got tired of their game and asked to speak to the GM, he sent me the proof of when they sent the paper work to the DMV and found out that it was sent 3 months later because they said they were missing a doc that I personally dropped off 2 days later from when I got the truck, they misplaced it and no one said anything. Also many times I called and texted Maria the sales rep to ask her to help me to find out what was going on but she only answered once and said she was going to call me back… still waiting for that… (GREAT JOB GUYS) definitely will never buy or recommend anyone to buy from this place… DMV could be as backed up as you want to think but if the delay is due to the lack of responsibility from the dealer staff I’ll save the headache, time and better go somewhere else next time, I brought 5 brand new cars in 2021 for business and personal use and all other 4 got my tags on 3 months but Del Chevrolet got first place having me to wait over 5 months for them =p More

I took my care for repairs. As far as I know now, the repairs were done right.I gave them a discount coupon. I reminded them of the coupon and was told it would be applied. It wasn't. Worst dealership ever, never met such rude dealership manager. We were told that we can use their charging station when they tried to sell their EV to us, and that's one of the main reasons we purchas manager. After a few weeks, when we were charging at their station, they started to unplug the charger and the dealership manager told us that our car will be towed if we leave it charging. Also, they have intended to occupy the charging station with their new EVs so that no one could actually use it. A total fraud. Also, no registration after two months of purchase. More
