This is the second vehicle I have purchased at Del Toyota. The Dealership is great to work with. I was able to take a car home to test drive it to make sure that it met my needs. Went to look at a used Sienna. It was quite a far drive, but the price was great! So I asked, "why is the price so low, is there anything wrong with it?" Bob answered, nope, nothing wrong with the vehicle but the price was great! So I asked, "why is the price so low, is there anything wrong with it?" Bob answered, nope, nothing wrong with the vehicle, it's high mileage and that's why the price is so good. So I modified my entire schedule, along with my wife, arranged for a babysitter, etc. We get there and everyone seems nice enough, and Bob offers to go get the vehicle. I usually prefer to go along to see the vehicle "cold start" but I was OK with waiting. It takes Bob quite some time to bring the vehicle around front (10-15 minutes). Upon initial visual inspection the vehicle had 3 panels badly damaged that would have to be replaced (looks as though it was side swiped). Bob was not even aware of this damage (it was VERY obvious) but said he knew everything about this vehicle. He offered to let me go for a drive, and I took him up on his offer. The van drove OK, although some noise was heard from the serpentine belt. I pulled over to inspect the vehicle more closely and found many issues that would be obvious for a mechanic to find. The front driver door check was broken, the driverside door panel retaining clips were failing and the handle was there shoved on the inside of panel. The glovebox would open on its own when hitting a bump. The vehicle took until the end of the test drive (30 minutes) to get to operating temp, therefore the air from vents was never very warm. The steering rack had a bad seal, causing leaking into the boot which was completely shredded (requires entire new steering rack). When we got back, I asked over and over again to confirm that this vehicle went through there service department, and it was "in good shape". I asked if they were planning on fixing all the problems with it, and he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. When I explained all the issue he commented "how can you know about all those things, are you a mechanic?" I said no, I just know how to look for things like this. He left and came back and quoted that if I wanted those things fixed, the vehicle would be priced 5,000 dollars additional! Are you kidding? So obviously they knew about these issues, and were attempting to sell the vehicle to some poor unknowing soul who would have quite the surprise when their vehicle won't pass inspection! I asked nicely that next time he talks with someone on the phone he be truthful as to the condition of a vehicle. He then became very hostile, stating he is always truthful, and this vehicle does not have any issues at all. I couldn't help but laugh as I walked out of the dealership. I have dealt with many dealerships, but this one by far was the worst. What a waste of our evening, and gas to visit such a lousy establishment. I also have heard other dealerships that have had to correct work this dealer has performed already. More

We were looking for a used car for about 2 months. We had certain safety features that we needed. We had almost bought a car from another dealer but after the deal was done they started playing games wi had certain safety features that we needed. I had a bad taste in my mouth about used car dealers, but I found the perfect car at Del Toyota. I called and negotiated a price wuth Janita, and asked her to put it in writing which she did. We were driving from quite a distance away so I didn't want to play games. We got there and the car was everything they said it would be. We took it to a mechanic and he had a question about one thing which Del did't have the answer to but said they would try and get the answer. We were able to get the answer and drove back up to get the car. The car was ready the paperwork was done, and it was a pleasant experience. After we returned home we had some issues with the car and Eddie was very helpful. I would definitely buy another car from Del Toyota. More

This was one of the best experiences I have had when buying a car. No one high pressured me, information was given when asked and negotiating the price was friendly and efficient. I feel like I got a decent deal and my salesperson, Abbie, seemed satisfied at the price we negotiated. My last Toyota bought at another dealer left me and the salesperson dissatisfied so this experience was different. Abbie was very responsive to my needs. Cheryl handled the final papers and financing. I thought she explained everything well, respected my decisions on warranty and other extras. I will be back in about two years when my wife will be looking for a new car. I should also note that three people I know recommended this dealership to me based on their experiences there. More
Today I finalized the purchase of my 3rd car through Abbie Hamid…and as always, he went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of. We went to this dealership just to "test drive" a Rav 4 as a comparison to a new Subaru Outback that we had driven just days before. Having owned our current outback for over 10 years, we were quite partial to Subaru cars and were leaning towards buying another Subaru, but wanted to try out other cars before deciding. However, after listening to Josh explain all the great features of the Rav4 and taking it out for a drive, I was completely impressed with the car, and Josh's knowledge of Toyota vehicles. When it came time for talking dollars, Josh treated us respectfully and conducted himself like a proper businessman. During the negotiation process, we never felt pushed or pressured, but like a valued customer. I put down a deposit on my new Rav that day! Although the exact color and model Rav that I wanted was not available at Del, Josh worked very hard to find just the right car for me. I picked up my new car last evening and from start to finish, the process was painless. Thank you Del, and especially Josh, for a great experience. I look forward to maintaining a long relationship with my new Rav4 and this dealership for many years! More

This place is horrible! I have been pricing toyotas for a month or so and I chose to give this dealership a chance. He stood by saying nothing as I walked around looking at cars. I told him I am interested in a Camry and he says yes they are good. Ahhh where are they?! umm do you have any Camry's?! I asked him how much they could move on the price and it was like a insulted him...we can't do that. I'm not sure who runs the show at this place but I think I'll buy Honda. More
