Monica then took over and guided us through the sales process, taking us on the test drive and answering all our questions. We had not planned to buy on Saturday but things fell into place and we ended up driving away with a certified used 2017 Sienna. We had plans for the afternoon so Monica expedited the sale, with the cooperation of Ken Tran, and we returned the following Monday to finish up some items pertaining to the Navigation system. Brittany and Monica were most helpful in taking care of all our follow-up questions. This is the sixth car we have bought from Del Toyota. The experience keeps betting better each time. Kudos to all the folks we worked with. More

Unacceptable condition when returned When my car was returned to me, the entire glove compartment was hanging off with all wires under it exposed. All of my personal belongings was all ov When my car was returned to me, the entire glove compartment was hanging off with all wires under it exposed. All of my personal belongings was all over the floor. I am missing small personal items. When I brought this to the attention of the person brought me my car, he went to get service rep. He came out to visually see and called a techician to fix while my children and I told next to the car. The tech replaced the glove compartment, threw my belongings back into it and smashed my paperwork in the lock after slamming it shut. I am very disappointed that they felt it was acceptable to return my vehicle back to me in that condition. More

More than helpful I have never had a car salesman as helpful and friendly as Don. He behaved in a way that felt like my husband and I were invited out to dinner .I coul I have never had a car salesman as helpful and friendly as Don. He behaved in a way that felt like my husband and I were invited out to dinner .I could not believe that he drove to our house to help us to transfer belongings to the new car from the old.He also was very informative about the new systems in the car.
