My preferred dealership Recently switched from another local Toyota dealership to Del Toyota after an overall disappointing experience we needed to find a place we could trus Recently switched from another local Toyota dealership to Del Toyota after an overall disappointing experience we needed to find a place we could trust to take care of our 2017 Sienna. The first thing they did was to inspect the car and update all the records ( including service) the other dealership failed to keep up with ( we are talking about a car bought brand new !) After sorting out the car’s file, they service our car twice for free so it could be up to date with Toyota’s service schedule. I now take the Sienna regularly to them for service and could not be happier. Mike, the service director, always comes to me personally afterward to keep me posted on the work they just performed. The service crew is really helpful they always give me tips and learn more about the car and I like the diversity of the personnel and the wide range of age. I do not like a dealership where everyone is young because it means they don’t have employees loyalty. Finally, the showroom always has a few one-offs custom vehicles that set them apart from the rest and will entertain you while you wait in the super nice waiting area with a fireplace in the winter! More

I was advised to have rust removed from the break pads/rotors, only to read the next day that rust in the pads/rotors is customary and wears away with normal usage (this cost 300+). I have been busy so have not had an opportunity to call the dealership manager - which I will do. A terrible experience. More

New car warranty I'm very particular about my cars. I deal with Pat in service and she knows the way I feel about my cars so she dedicated her best mechanic to work I'm very particular about my cars.
