Waited and waited I spent over 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. I was scheduled to be there from 9:30-11:00am. I arrived 20 minutes prior to my appointment and left well I spent over 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. I was scheduled to be there from 9:30-11:00am.
