I have recommended this service department for twenty years, but on this visit, it required three appointments and visits to do routine maintenance, apply new brake pads, and do the state inspection. Unlike previous visits, I was not informed of the lack of progress on my car until I called at the end of the day to be sure that it was finished (and it wasn't). This is our family's only car of which the service staff was aware, but I was not able to obtain a loaner until the last appointment. I was extremely disappointed with my experience. More
