Patrick, sorry I was unable to call you back yesterday. In summary my last visit to a simple oil change and tire rotation was horrendous. 2 1/2 hours later and I was still waiting to have the job complet In summary my last visit to a simple oil change and tire rotation was horrendous. 2 1/2 hours later and I was still waiting to have the job completed. The treatment by Susan was very bad. She gets strange satisfaction from jerking people around. I finally asked her if she could check with the status of the paperwork for the job from the mechanic after 2 hours. The manager of the service department finally came out to discuss my case. What a bad experience that was. Said something to the effect that I had a 150,000 mike check up. No I didn’t- I had that done at my last visit. I religiously had my oil changed by your department, I was now at 168,000 mileage. Then something about needing breaks? I guess that was discovered at the tire rotation. He said I had asked them to check my breaks. I didn’t. I explained I would have that done somewhere else. Del Toyota price was 400 to high for breaks , pads and calipers. The bill was 158.00 for the oil change. I’ve never been charged more than 75.00 for that work on any of my previous visits. I finally paid the bill just to get out of the building and to never return again. Again, I have never been treated so bad in the past. I was a good customer. Not sure if you’re experiencing of turnover, but there is definitely an air of apathy among the ranks. I’d like to say that everyone was just having a bad day but there is much more than that going on in that department. I feel better for having the opportunity to voice my frustration.
