One of the main reasons I traveled north to DeLand Kia was because of Karen Reyes, the internet sales manager. To be honest, I would have loved to have just dealt with her personally, but she made everything make sense and was a huge factor in my decision. I also want to give a big shout-out to Alejandra for taking all the information and making it very easy for me to understand.
