I was shopping for a new car needed to be efficient on gas and be stylish. Car buying is, for the most part, frustrating and time-consuming ( trying to find a car you like and the right price), but deland kia took the burden for me by doing all the work, and within a week's time of my first visit, I was riding out of there in my brand new Kia Forte. The staff is very straight-forward and more friendly than any person could ask for. If you're looking to purchase a car, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Deland Kia to anyone. More

I am absolutely astounded by the patience demonstrated by your staff.I traded a 2011 elantra in for a car that would tow a popup. I started by visiting the dealarship where I met Joe, after being reccomended to him, and he showed me the vehicles that would do what I needed. I thanked him and told him I would think about it. After arriving home I started my research on vehicles for the job. I looked at many places and a ton of cars. Joe was kind enough to call me and email me concerning the purchase that I was about to make. We communicated via email for about a month with me watching the cars on your website and ebay classified. In the end Joe set up an appointment for myself and my wife. We met again , me with a couple of specific cars in mind, and he patiently showed me the sorrento that I wanted. I really liked the sportage but Joe advised it woild not pull the camper. I looked at 3 sorrentos and there was the one I had seen on the internet. We took it for a test drive, the only one I tried even though Joe asked at each car if I would like to try them, and the result was that my wife loved it and so did I. Joe then took us through the purchase process with finance where we met another real profesional. Since the purchase Joe has stayed in touch to make sure everything is fine.We have another meeting coming up to put some equipment on the car and I am sure the rest of the people I meet will be just as great. Joe is a super person to have up front meeting people. He is kind courteous nad knowledgable. More

Mr. Rosado showed us various models and explain to us the differences between the models that make our selection of the KIA Optima more easy. All explanations were bilingual that was very helpful for my wife in the selection of the car. In general the experience was fun, from Mr Roasado, his manager, the financial manager and all other present were friendly, including Parts Dept. personnel. More

We had been searching for a used KIA Sorento and found the car online at Deland KIA. Our internet query was answered promptly and our dealings with the salesman, Joe Nestore were professional and all con the car online at Deland KIA. The car was as described and the pricing was excellent for the vehicle. Joe has provided excellent follow up to the sale to insure our complete satisfaction. I have worked for dealerships for many years and I have one suggestion for management. When the salesperson is finalizing the deal and the customer is signing the papers, it would be a nice touch to have management come out and greet the new customer. The deal has already been made so there is no reason not to walk around to “meet & greet”. Even offer a tour of the complete facility (body shop, parts, repair, and other managers of their respective departments), at the customer’s convenience, for an overall experience. It works for customer satisfaction as well as being familiar with all aspects of the dealership. Sales are only one part of being successful. More

Recently, my wife and I purchased a gorgeous 2004 Buick Rainier. On our way home the front brakes locked up and put my family in a serious safety issue of a vehicle fire or tire explosion. Deland Kia understood the seriousness of this issue and indicated that they were a dealership of integrity and would stand behind their sale. Mike Pointer, the sales mangager said "It is a used vehicle but you did just get it." (Something he later recanted). There was something else wrong with the AC blower but I understood that this is a used vehicle and agreed to take care of that part but the obvious pre existing conditon of the brakes is a serious safety liability. Well at this point the vehicle was not driveable and required immediate service. We went forward with service with the understanding that Deland Kia would help. Well once the bill came in, management changed their tune and completely washed their hands of it and said it wasn't their problem. So I'm out $782 for repairs after the first day of ownership. I would run as fast as I could away from this place. I don't expect perfect cars, I expect safe ones, and they were negligent. More
