Went in for an oil change today at 7:30am without an appointment. Found out vehicle has two recalls on it, said yes to get those done. Was waiting until 11:45 when they finally got to my oil change. Saw appointment. Found out vehicle has two recalls on it, said yes to get those done. Was waiting until 11:45 when they finally got to my oil change. Saw a customer come in around 10:30 without an appointment and get her cars oil changed, they finished her vehicle at 11:25, I made a comment, service guy Alex said that’s because I had two software updates, the other two customers that didn’t have appointments only had the oil change. Suddenly I see my car move from the oil bay to the other side, where they were about to do the computer updates. So I was lied to, they just took 4 hours to complete my oil change. I am so disappointed and I will not be back. I will pay to have my oil changed elsewhere, or do it myself. As for Kia, I will not own another Kia again. Extremely disappointed in the service center. More

If you are expecting a bare minimum of human & professional decency or any value behind their words when buying a car I would highly suggest looking for a dealership elsewhere than DelandKia. I was burned twice by them: I bought a new Rio from this location in 5/7/23 through a senior salesman in the name of Dave Rabis, throughout the purchase Dave offered me confidently that I could just leave my rental car with him in the Dealership and he will make sure they come pick it up at no charge as a service provided to their dealership by the rental company, I verify it with him several and several times throughout my purchase process and he very confidently took the keys and move all my belongings from the rental car to the new one and parked it while I was doing paperwork, the day later I called several of times to confirm that the car is being returned with no issue and he replied that the car was returned and everything is fine. A day later I received almost 400$ in towing fee bill from the rental company, later was found out he didn't actually had any affiliation or agreement with them and basically lied/grossly mislead me for no apparent reason than just to get a quick sale, since then he and the dealership throwing the responsibility and just offering their "Sorry" and that's it. Additionally Mr Dave Rabis offered me the spot insurance (250$) when I was buying the car claiming it was for 30 days, later after making the payment with the Finance guy named Jorden Mesenbourg It was revealed that the insurance was only for 14 days, so I immediately asked to cancel or to get a refund since It way more expensive than the quote I had from Geico, and Mr Jorden assured me confidently that I just need to send them my own policy the day later and he will refund me, and so I did, I called and sent Emails several of times for the entire week while Mr Dave told me its being taken care of, until Mr Jorden finally called me back after a week to say "Sorry there is no refunds" after I already paid for another insurance policy for no reason. Never before in my life I have stumble across such a misleading people and careless business practice with zero decency and zero responsibility behind their words and claims toward their own costumers. I would recommend to just stay away from this dealership. More
