This is my 2nd car purchased from this dealership. I have noticed over the years the decline in customer service. The last 2 times I came in for service I told the service rep one of my key fobs does I have noticed over the years the decline in customer service. The last 2 times I came in for service I told the service rep one of my key fobs does not work. He has changed the battery twice. When I brought up the same issue last week he was rude and said he would not change the battery and I would need to purchase a new FOB. This is only one of many bad customer service moments I have had since purchasing my late car. I was thinking of buying an SUV but I doubt it will be at this dealership. I was told it would be several hours after waiting for an hour so I selected a ride home. Ten minutes after arriving home I got a message that my car was ready. There was a delay in picking me back up. More

The service was excellent. All the employees I dealt with were very nice. The only issue I had was that it took an hour longer than I was told. Though it was a very busy day.
