The first thing he told me was we’re gotta treat you like family and indeed it was like that. Spent a couple of hours at the dealership and it was the easiest transaction I ever had in 13 years living in Florida. Definitely recommend Luis Otero 1000%, and we’re so happy with the Sorento X-Line SX Prestige he made sure we left with. More
