After waiting 2 hours for an oil change I went and asked what was taking so long. I was told they would go check on it. 20 minutes later no one told me anything so I went back and asked. The same person was sitting there and said oh I was about to come get you. Then I was told the person that had checked me had left. All the sudden my car was done and out in front of all the other cars. There was a recall that I asked to be taken care of and that wasn’t done either More
