Toni makes us feel like a valued Customer!!!! Toni is so awesome at her job and the consistent superior customer service she has provided to me and my husband over the past 5 years is the reason I Toni is so awesome at her job and the consistent superior customer service she has provided to me and my husband over the past 5 years is the reason I am writing this review. I would like her to be recognized for her efforts and dedication to superior customer service. Toni has always went above and beyond for us and making sure our needs were met. In today's world, I am seeing less and less emphasis and concern for customer satisfaction and customer service. That is not the case with Toni and any of her associates I have had to interact with at Delaware Cadillac. Everyone is always professional, friendly, helpful and appreciative. It is always a pleasure to work with Toni and we would like to especially thank her for going to bat for us with our recent service. It really makes us feel valued as a Customer. Being a manager myself, I cant emphasize enough to my employees the importance of professionalism, providing superior services and experiences to our clients and making them feel valued and appreciated. That is what Toni does every single time! We will be a customer forever and share our positive experiences with everyone we know. I hope that Toni can be recognized for a job well done!!! I wouldn't take my car any where else at this point, why would I? This all started because a very good friend mind owns a Cadillac, and he always took his car there.
