"Patient!"

Having emission sensors alerts. Bobby Jones has been very patient and very generous with offering a loaner car so that they can sort out the issues instead of holding me up at the waiting room. "Bobby Is the MAN!!"

We have unfortunately ran into a few hiccups with are newly purchased pre-owned Cadillac. The past few times we have had the pleasure of dealing with Bobby and what a pleasure it has been. Very professional and understanding. He does not try to up-sell like previous services centers I have used. He always goes above and beyond to make you feel better than when we did coming. Although I do not want to see him anytime soon, I look forward to every transaction with him!

"Disappointingly unreliable service"

Very disappointed by the quality of Service or perhaps I should say lack of attention at service and upon its completion. I would strongly suggest if you care for the money you spent, to work with another service than the DE one. Lack of accountability and attention indicates a careless business. Careless business should not be in business. It is a pity because the dealership has excellent sales people. The service is run pretty poorly and there are a lot of excuses. I worked with them twice. I will not make that mistake again. Finally, if you value your money and your car, stay with your car and watch what is performed.

I can always count on these guys to deliver a seamless and professional experience. Mu Cue system was diagnosed and replaced in record time. I expected an extended period to obtain the part but it was ordered, received, and installed within a day.

"On the fence"

The service was completed as promise. I paid $50,000 for this 2013 SRX and the CUE system lasts only four years. And I had to pay for it to be fix, three months after my warranty ran out. GM needs to look into this problem.

It's was my first time having my Cadillac serviced at Delaware Cadillac. They treated me like I've been coming there for years. Walter the service rep was very professional and good customer service skills. They handled all the routine maintenance thoroughly and timely.
