Hiram Soto was excellent! I "cold" called him with specific requirements for a late model use car. Mr. Soto quickly identified three that we checked out at the dealership. Hiram Soto was efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, pleasant, patient and all the other qualities one usually doesn't associate with car salesmen. I put a credit card deposit down to hold the car and returned to pick it up with a cashiers check the next day. All the paperwork had been prepared with no add on surprises and Mr. Soto rode back to our house with us to make sure the car fit well in the garage.
