Great treatment of a customer... I left feeling good I started looking at cars online. They got right back to me and sent a listing of the cars I was interesting in. When I came in to see the car I ended I started looking at cars online. They got right back to me and sent a listing of the cars I was interesting in. When I came in to see the car I ended up buying, everyone was pleasant and friendly. The car was ready for me to test out, and I loved not having to wait. When negotiations were finished, I felt I was making a very reasonable purchase, with good value for the cost. and I was quite happy. I have not often felt that way about buying an automobile. Everything needed to get me out the door was handled quickly and all my needs were accommodated. I received all the help I needed to set up, and start using, the car's features, and drove home with a smile. More

I was very skeptical on purchasing a new car due to a distasteful experience with prior car sales rep. But these guys made sure I was well informed and comfortable with my decision, and I couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you, guys! UPDATE BEWARE: 2019 GMC terrain cannot sustain long distance driving. ACTION REQUIRED: TRANSMISSION HOT, IDLE EUGINE. I discovered this after 2 days of DRIVING the vehicle. I've informed John and Alex that I drive long distances, I'm a lyft and UBER driver, and I'd need a car that's well equipped for my line of work. I was assured this vehicle fit the bill and it would operate like new everyday. Absolutely not! I almost lost my life in the middle of the highway/ i95 twice in 2 of the same (2019 gmc terrain) but different vehicles. The first was what I've purchased and the second was a loaner car provided while they worked on my purchased vehicle. AND get this the loaner car also malfunctioned on me. UPDATE: Please, if you purchase this kind of vehicle, have the service department check the wiring for any loose wirings. It's been less than 2 weeks since I've purchased my car, a few days since my service, and the cars so fars been running fine. It's not common for a new vehicle to have malfunctions, which happens in rare occasions, but one may encounter an issue such as mine with cars that needs tweaking here and there. More
