After being harassed and ultimately blown off by our local dealer, we are so happy we ended up in touch with this team. Ada reached out after we did a quick search on TrueCar. Of course I got bombarded with calls and emails from tons of dealers, but Ada was SO LOVELY and nice. She ended up being the only person I actually worked with. She immediately got us in touch with Jordan. Jordan called me and let me know he'd do whatever it took to work with us. He got us an amazing deal on the car we wanted and promised to make the experience as simple as possible. He got the car for us THAT DAY and set an appointment for the first thing the next morning. John made the financing bit a breeze. He contacted me the night before our appointment and had me send over all of our documents ahead of time. This made our time spent in the dealership much faster! He explained everything to us and helped us make decisions that we felt confident about. Johnathan was super patient with walking us through the car and all of its gadgets. He got us set up with the apps and made sure we didn't leave the lot until we were comfortable with the vehicle. We were in and out of the dealership in LESS THAN TWO HOURS. I am 36 weeks pregnant and wanted it to be quick, and they delivered. I feel like we are in tremendous hands moving forward. I'd drive HOURS to work with this team, but luckily they are only 20 minutes away :) More
