We drove down from St. Augustine to purchase the SUV. Renato was quick to respond to all of our emails and texts and we spoke on the phone before my son and I decided to drive down to look at it. Renato even provided us with a short video of the SUV which I also found very helpful. Renato answered all of our questions and concerns when we got to the dealership. He was very friendly and helpful and I found the car buying experience to be much less stressful than I anticipated it would be. Afterwards, John made sure we had all of the necessary paperwork we needed and we were on our way home to St. Augustine. I would highly recommend this dealership! More
