A wonderful purchasing experience with outstanding people I have easily purchased over 30 new and used cars, many from dealers hundreds of miles from my home. I will admit when traveling to a a dealer out of I have easily purchased over 30 new and used cars, many from dealers hundreds of miles from my home. I will admit when traveling to a a dealer out of town chasing a car one finds on the internet can be a scary experience. The first concern is the car, is the dealer portraying it honestly? Is the dealer trying to hide something? The second concern is are you going to get stuck with the worst salesperson in the dealership because I am sure only 10% of internet leads actually turn into sales. Delray Buick GMC was easily 2 hours plus from my home and I was drawn there for one specific vehicle. The vehicle was absolutely as nice as portrayed and the dealership did an outstanding job providing all the reference materials right up front via AutoTrader to make the selection process confidence inspiring. From the first call, speaking with George Deeb, I felt comfortable that my needs were important. I understand the car buying process extremely well and will always make that clear when speaking to a new dealer. To me this is an antiseptic transaction, you have something I want, you have something you want rid of. If we can treat each other civilly and not attempt to take advantage of one another there is absolutely no reason the purchase process can not be stress free and simple. George made this process exactly that, but he went even further. George was tenacious in completing the deal because we had a specific situation which required some additional leg work. I can not say enough good about his excellent communication skills as well as his amazing follow up methods. To say we were pleased is a gross understatement. I would also like to recognize Gary Andrews, whom we dealt with also, as a reasonable and friendly part of the transaction. Gary entered into the transaction during negotiation and financing discussions and left with nothing other than a positive and comfortable feeling. The whole purchase process was a model for what a dealership vehicle purchase experience should be. I can recccomend George Deeb beyond a shadow of a doubt and I truly believe if you enter this dealership with realistic expectations you will be no less impressed than I was. More

Not only was Jordan able to get me a solid price, but the overall experience was actually enjoyable - a first for I recently bought a 2017 Canyon SLT. Not only was Jordan able to get me a solid price, but the overall experience was actually enjoyable - a first for me when buying a new car. The highlights: -No "arguing" took place. If I didn't want something, he was completely cool and we moved the convo forward. -I was able to trial the truck. We couldn't get the paper work done on day one, so he simply told me to take it home anyway and we'd finish up tomorrow. This was incredibly helpful because I had already decided to purchase it, but this allowed me to be "extra sure". Plus, the truck is definitely one of the best I've driven to date so it allowed the truck to sell itself. Other dealers - take note. -He didn't try to fool me. Many dealers in the past left me defensive and even after I got pretty good deals I still felt a bit cheated. Jordan's process was far more flexible, allowing me to direct the conversation as much as possible. He showed more empathy than convo-controlling quips and maxims that seem to underlie most sales "strategies". More

Oil Change on New 2017 Terrain Denalli VIN: 2GKALREK6H61978 When showing up for my appointment today (5/11 @ 9am) for an oil change/first service at Delray Buick GMC, 2400 South Federal Highway, Delray Beach, F When showing up for my appointment today (5/11 @ 9am) for an oil change/first service at Delray Buick GMC, 2400 South Federal Highway, Delray Beach, FL, I was told they would not provide the oil change & service included in the purchase of my 2017 Terrain from GMC. The reason I was given was due to the Oil Life remaining percentage was 42% even though there was 5,000 miles on the odometer. The service writer told me it has to be 20% or lower before they would provide the oil change under the GM program, but if I wanted the oil change I would have to pay for it. I made the point that the Oil Life Percentage can be reset to 100% by mistake when you reset Average MPG or Speed percentages. And I might have done this in error. The service writer said that if he would process the claim GM and Delray Buick/GMC would come back to him and take it out of his pay ......... what a bunch of xx..... and a waste of my time! I simply drove down the road 10 - 15 minutes to another Buick/GMC dealer and received great service without the xx........
