He treated us with sincere honesty, guidance and a true caring of us as customers as if we were very good friends. We didn't lease a car then, but waited to purchase. When the time was right we contacted the salesman from the only' business card we kept from all the many others. Also in the interim, we came to find out the excellent rating this dealership's service department had not only locally, but nationwide.. With the ever so thorough and caring Robert by our side, we purchasing a certified used 2016 Buick Lacrosse. He was by our side when we did need some servicing also.
