I've been through the process several times and none have been as simple or friendly as they were here. Knew what I wanted and the last one in the state was here. Took a look around and crunched the budget and knew my numbers. I have no friends or relatives here at the dealership. I just walked inside and wanted to test drive the truck. Nobody bothered me they brought it right up and parked it out front. Fernando was fantastic! Super knowledgeable about the ALL GMC features with my vehicle and happy to look up what he was unsure about. Did not pressure me as a buyer and did not ask any personal questions unsolicited about budgeting or financial resources which I love and is what I believe is one of the most sensitive subjects for most people. I am a younger adult and was not hassled or questioned by any employee or manager. Fernando, John Catalano, and Jake all made it work within my budget for the price I was willing to pay. Additionally, I let them run my credit at the last minute (only because they NEVER pressured me) and they beat my credit union's interest rate......that's a winner every time. Happy with my purchase and would absolutely not hesitate again. And think twice before driving across the earth for a better price--- shop smart and let them know! More

Customer Focused & Considerate! Great Experience. My experience with Delray Buick GMC was excellent! To give a little background, my husband and I decided that we were going to buy a new car. I originally had my heart set on buying a specific vehicle on Black Friday and that did not happen as the dealership staff had shown they were not interested in selling, working a deal out with me, or their management even coming out speak with me to see what they could do to close the deal. A few days later, my husband randomly found a vehicle online at Delray Buick GMC. We visited the dealership and met with Richie Santos. He was very welcoming and showed great interest in helping us choose a vehicle for my husband. We found a vehicle, worked through pricing (Alan definitely helped us out here as in regards to the price) and got my husband the car. I hate spending time at the dealership but Richie took care of everything in timely manner to get us out within about 3 hours from start to finish. My husband then mentioned to Richie that I was in the market for a new vehicle. Richie showed me a SUV that didn't quite fit my criteria for gas mileage and year but I told him that I was a sucker for a great deal & would buy if the deal was right. Richie was persistent not pushy. Long story short, we ended up buy another car from Richie cause he worked his behind off to get me a great deal! Richie is a great communicator, he answered text messages/calls after the sale. He checked in to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I would definitely do business with Richie again because he made it easy and he's such a likeable individual. Being that my husband and I had both not bought cars since 2010, we were nervous about going through this process but clearly Richie and Delray Buick GMC won us over with their extreme focus on customer care and satisfaction! Also Mike in Finance made our time in his office super easy, clean and quick :-) More

Delray Buick GMC closely matched a newspaper ad for the car I wanted from another Dealership. The finance person, Jake, was also knowledgeable and professional. And the last person, Dan assisted me in the final process of driving out! The whole process was complex but the team assisted me all the way through, the dealership was very busy during the Black Friday Sales time, but it was overall a positive experience! More
