The sales team that handled our purchase was Jeff Knox sales We are taking time to say how great the sales department staff at Delray Buick GMC were. The sales team that handled our purchase was Jeff Knox sales and Jacqueline Barlow closer. Both were very knowledgeable, pleasant, polite, answered all of our questions that we had on the Enclave. The quality of the 2016 Buick Enclave helped close the deal. It was much quieter then the Acadia SLT & the Traverse 2LT that we had rented a week each. Jeff went over everything with my wife and I, took his time and we covered everything. We took the Enclave for a nice test drive. We had come prepared with loan approvals from two of our banks but they were not needed. Jeff and Jacqueline had worked out a 0.0% interest financing through GMAC. We applied the savings to pay for the 10 year warranty that they offered. I was in sales for 30 years, Delray sales team, all the front end staff were great, Hopefully we will not require the service dept. staff except for general maintenance and required detailing to keep up with the Florida. The BEST dealership we have been in a long time. First let me start by saying when you are looking to purchase a new car there are a million places that will sell you a car, not as many that will help you select the correct car for you. I purchased a 2016 Yukon Denali and I have been so happy. My search started by looking at Mercedes and Escalades. To say the experience at those two dealerships was sub par is an understatement. Both dealerships asked me within the first 10 min if they could make me a deal would I buy today. Robert was the exact opposite! (Refreshing!) My wife and I had our first child 12 weeks ago and we were looking to move her out of her VW Beetle, as you can image a little small. Getting time to spend hours looking at cars with a newborn is not the easiest. I came by the dealership on a Friday by myself and explained what I was looking for and that I would need to bring my wife back as she would be the main driver. Robert was quick to show me the vehicle I was interested in while presenting all the features. We test drove 2 SUV's that day and discussed setting up a time for my wife to come back. Well it turned out we could only make it back the following Thursday. Once arriving for the appointment Robert showed us the vehicles we were interested. Again discussing the features and asking what was important to us. This time the test drive was a little longer as my wife needed to see if she would be comfortable in such a big SUV. While considering our options Robert even showed us some pre-owned SUV's. He introduced us to Bob the service writer and Alan one of the managers. When it came to pencil out the deal things went smooth and easy. There was no if I could would you scenerios. Just conversation about what made sense for us and for the dealership. Tony was fantastic in finance. Again another smooth easy conversation. He even ask another client to go after us as we had our 12 week old little girl present. During the delivery process Robert went over all the features again, set up our onstar system and set up on apps on ours phones. The entire process was great and I would without a doubt recommend buying from Robert and team! More
