Earlier, when we spoke on the phone, I explained that I didn't want to spend 8 hours at the dealership, told her what I wanted, and asked if she would expedite the whole process. By the time I got to the dealership, she had alot of the preliminary paperwork done, which made me happy. Test drove the car, sat down with Chris, the sales manager to go over the numbers(which was no pressure & usually what I hate about the process). He actually gave me a great deal and I was good to go. I signed the papers with Majid, who was super nice and FAST. Jaqueline offered to help me move all my stuff from the old car to the new & she went through all the features of the car & set up my Bluetooth & OnStar for me(in all the years I've been leasing in S. Fla- no one ever bothered to show me the features?!) Oh and I later found a thank you scratch-off ticket taped to the lid of the gas tank from Jaqueline..nice touch:) Finally, before leaving, Jean Carlos came out with a gourmet gift basket for me..another nice touch. So, not your typical run-of-the mill dealership. I can highly recommend them. More

ONABUDGET JAMES GERAGHTY IS A DELIGHT TO DEAL WITH. HE WORKED VERY HARD TO GET ME INTO A I LOVE. HE WENT OVER THINGS I NEEDED TO KNOW ABOUT THE CAR. WARNING - don't come here I was never so disappointed with the process, ownership, and majority of employees when purchasing a vehicle. The vehicle is good and the experience I was never so disappointed with the process, ownership, and majority of employees when purchasing a vehicle. The vehicle is good and the experience should of been enjoyable and professional. The bottom line is used car sales people have a bad reputation and they supported that reputation through their actions when finalizing the deal. When issues were ID with the vehicle upon delivery I was given the run around. Anyway, they wasted a lot of my time and I hope you look for a more professional and honest dealership to make a purchase. Note: They were nice guys at the beginning and worked hard for the sale. But, once the ink was dry their words and commitment to customer satisfaction went out the window. WARNING!!!! More
