After calling on the phone to schedule an appt for service, Mark was able to find me a convenient appointment around my schedule. Since the work was going to take longer, he offered me a loaner car which was crucial to allow me to leave my Terrain for repairs. When I picked up my car, all of the work was explained to me and to my surprise, the car had been vacuumed and cleaned. This was above what I had expected. More

A friend of mine worked with Gerald and was extremely happy with his Lacrosse Buick and the "deal" that he received. It was time to sell my 2003 Jaguar and I was ready to lease, so I went to see Gerald happy with his Lacrosse Buick and the "deal" that he received. Being from out of state I was concerned about the servicing of my car. I was driving my car near my sons house in Boca Roton When a service light lit on my control consul. DelRay Buick was the nearest dealership, so I called them.Robert Heinsohn from service told me to come right over ,and he would take care of the problem.He gave me an estimate of time and cost, and when work was completed,it was the same as the estimate.He checked on me while I was waiting, and was very helpful and friendly.
