I have been with several service people in a long association with this Dealer. About 1 year ago my GMC Yukon was ready for the 100,000 mile tune up. It was my first 100,000 mile service and I went association with this Dealer. About 1 year ago my GMC Yukon was ready for the 100,000 mile tune up. It was my first 100,000 mile service and I went to Service Director, Dan Fielder, and asked that special attention be given since I was a bit apprehensive. He said he would take a personal interest and he recommended Mark Willis to handle all the details. Mark has been handling all my service visits ever since and has been most excellent. Although I will probably get a new vehicle next year, I expect my Yukon will make it to 200,000 miles thanks to the care it has received. More

Being in the market for a new car, I began searching for vehicles that I thought I would enjoy owning. I actually pretty much had a deal with a Hyundai dealer on a Sonata. My wife had taken her car into D vehicles that I thought I would enjoy owning. I actually pretty much had a deal with a Hyundai dealer on a Sonata. My wife had taken her car into Delray Buick/ GMC for service, and while waiting she was looking at cars in the show room. She found an Encore that she really liked, and thought I would really like, and called me at work. I did some research and looked at the Encore and felt much better about it than I did the Sonata. I went to the dealership and looked at it and decided this was the car for me. From the time I entered the showroom until the time I drove away with a new Encore, I was treated with a friendly, courteous manner by Gerald and John. I felt very comfortable with them and quickly made a deal that was good for both sides. I would not hesitate to refer other customers to them, or to buy another vehicle from them in the future. More

I was having a steering problem with my 2012 Terrain. Dan Fielder, Service Manager, took a test ride and diagnosed the problem. He ordered the parts for the solution. We were looking for an outstanding deal on a low mileage 2012 Regal GS. Looking on the internet, my husband located 3 in the tri-county area. At just 100 miles, the one at Delray Buick GMC had the lowest 2012 Regal GS. Looking on the internet, my husband located 3 in the tri-county area. At just 100 miles, the one at Delray Buick GMC had the lowest mileage of all. So he called and made an appointment to see and test drive the car. When we arrived it was waiting for us. We took it for a spin and fell in love. They had it priced higher than was stated on the internet, but met the internet price without an argument... so we wrote a check. Then Gerald proceeded to make sure our OnStar was set up and everything else was in order... before we left the showroom. It was one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. More
