When I arrived, I had an idea, in my mind, that I was going to be purchasing a full-sized car versus an SUV. I had a budget goal. I test drove quit a few cars on the lot. After I decided that the car would not accommodate me, for the reasons that I was buying a vehicle in the first place, the associates were helpful with giving me advice and realistic numbers to expect. Although I walked in wanting a car, I am so happy that I chose to go with a SUV. The staff was very confident that I was making the right decision. Because the gentlemen took time to find out my story for purchasing a vehicle, I got what I wanted. And I could not be happier. Everyone was professional, patient, and considerate. I have called since purchasing the SUV, and I am not treated like a thing of the past... I do wish the price could have been a little lower. Brand new, it is $40,000. I paid, after taxes and with $2,000 down, $35,000, for a 2011 Denali. I am pleased with the interest rate and warranties. More
