I am extremely grateful for being lucky enough to have made the call to Delray Honda and work with the spectacular team that truly goes above and beyond to meet a customers requirements. My first contact was with my salesman AARON FENYUS. Initially we only met over the phone. Immediately, he was responsive and working towards finding a vehicle that met my needs. My situation was not a simple, I had a vehicle that I was having a challenge in trading due it's abysmal CARFAX report and severe mechanical problems. I had spent the day driving to dealerships an hour and a half from my home. Thinking I would find a better deal in bigger dealerships in Ft Lauderdale. I was absolutely mistaken. Ft Lauderdale dealerships, felt like McDonalds fast food service, comparatively, Delray Honda, was like an exclusive 5 star Restaurant on Broadway in Manhattan. Aaron, stayed in touch with me, updated me on vehicles, and promised they would do their best to work with me and my "hooptie." The cynic in me, did not believe him, so I continued wasting my time in Ft Lauderdale. Finally, I stopped by at the end of the day just to see the vehicle, but they gave me an "offer I couldn't refuse" : ) SAM the manager at Pre-Owned Vehicles gave me a great deal. I have an MBA and I'm pretty savvy when it comes to researching pricing. So I took it right there on the spot. MARC RAPP is a true gentlemen and patriot, with absolute integrity. As a USMC combat veteran I felt I was in good hands and would recommend other veterans to come here. The cliché in purchasing a pre-owned vehicle is the high pressure you receive, but not at Delray Honda. Everything was very professional and relaxed. It was not an expensive vehicle either. I want to make that clear, because they seem to treat each and every customer equally, regardless what you spend on a vehicle, and that is extremely admirable, especially these days. Options were provided, but at no time did I ever feel manipulated, taken advantage of, or pressured, on the contrary. I even changed my mind in the end, on a term I had agreed to, and with absolutely no pressure they changed it and did a whole new contract, with not a hint of frustration, or annoyance. Sales agents (Matthew and Craig) and sales manager (James) are professional, efficient and very helpful. No random pricing or unnecessary tricks like other dealership. The process and discussion was smooth and clear. in 2 hours, everything is done and the car is waiting out side. Also Marc from financing department is excellent too. However, had a bad experience when talk to a manager in financing department. He come to inform us that we are not qualified (due to the immigration status) for the Honda's 0.9% APR rate, and he will work with another bank to get us financing approved with a much higher rate 4.34%. The case is fine, the rate is fine, but the way he informs us is not fine. Just 2 sentences with no details, no context and extremely vague. "This is not going to work". "I will get it approved with another bank". Then he went away. It cause so many confusion and uncomfortable when we talk to Marc for the actual financing work since we don't even get the idea what he was talking about and he told Marc he mentioned everything to us. Which is not fun. Luckily this is no a deal breaker. More
