Best experience ever buying a new car. I called and asked what's their best price "out the door" they can do for me? Since I've went into 3 other Honda dealers before calling Del-ray. Since the other 3 were not even coming close to what I saw myself paying. So just about to give up and not waste anymore time walking in to dealership. I figured I'd just call. And a 5 minute conversation he shot me a price below my expectations. I was skeptical because the number was almost 3k less than what the 3 other dealers offered. Made an appointment to come in the following day and 4 hours later I was driving off with the car I wanted.! Truely the best car buying experience I've ever Ben thru! More

Hi my ex-wife and I purchased 2020 Honda Civic Sport from Delray Honda in October 2020. My daughter fell in love with the car and we went ahead with the purchase. After we got it home, we noticed the front left rim was scratched and needed repair. Franky Lena (our salesman) had the car brought back in and repaired within 90 minutes. He even threw in 2 new floor mats to replace a small rip on the driver's side mat. Franky and Delray Honda provided world-class service and we'll absolutely buy from them in the future. Steve M More

This would have been a 5 star review were it not for a couple of careless staff members who unmasked when still close to us and a couple of others who smoked too close to customers. The overflowing cigarette butt container kinda said a lot about the lack of smoking policy enforcement. Other than that, though - and we realize these are issues that aren't important to many people - this is a solid and seemingly well-run, customer-centric organization that's worth your time. More
