As of April, 2016, Delray Honda opened a new, state of the art dealership. We are still conveniently located off Federal Highway in Delray Beach, South Florida. I have leased 4 cars from Delray Honda. My first visit Salesperson was Frank Leana. He was very knowledgeable and had a great personality. But more important, he listened to our needs. I have gone back Salesperson was Frank Leana. He was very knowledgeable and had a great personality. But more important, he listened to our needs. I have gone back 3 more times and each time I asked for Franky. He guided me through the whole process from finding the right car and accessories for me, test driving the car and directing me through finance department. After he took the time to set up my phone and show me how to use all the new equipment added to the car that I did not have before. Most importantly during the 3 years of my lease, if I had a question, he took the time to help me. This time I am leasing the CRV. If you are looking for a Honda, don’t hesitate to ask for Franky. Very disappointing. Not sure how they stay in business. Many people working at the dealership not many people buying cars. But still awful customer service. After deciding to purchase a certified preowned Many people working at the dealership not many people buying cars. But still awful customer service. After deciding to purchase a certified preowned vehicle with Delray Honda we were told we could start the paperwork over the phone due to Covid-19 and living over an hour away. The salesman was not very helpful. The finance manager was impossible to get in touch with. After almost 48 hours of not being able to finalize the deal I spoke with a Manager that was able to help me. But, now they increased the interest rate. They had already ran our credit and given us a very low rate so this was definitely a bait and switch. We were very frustrated but, still decided to move forward with our purchase. I will not be going back to Delray Honda and recommend others avoid this dealership in the future. Wish we had purchased at Coral Springs where everyone was so helpful and polite. More
