Sales person was excellent and gave detailed quote via email prior to appointment and then honored the quote. However, like all car dealerships, the finance person solicited fake dealer fees of $834 more email prior to appointment and then honored the quote. However, like all car dealerships, the finance person solicited fake dealer fees of $834 more than the quote given by sales person requiring me to walk out of dealership before the salesperson was able to eliminate the false charges and ultimately close the deal. Thus- I would give the salesperson an A+ rating (Zach Feller) and I would give the finance department that attempted to con me an F. The car was timely delivered and was well detailed. I would recommend Delray Honda- but make sure to request a finance person other than Joe- I assume every dealer has a few bad apples and he significantly damaged what was an awesome experience. More
